This summer we'll find our inspiration in what grows abundant with the summer season, and celebrate the bounty together with the relaxing art of home canning.
Menu + recipes will change weekly, according to what local produce is at its peak ripeness. Jams, jellies, pickles, and salsas...we'll cover it all! Please reach out to learn more.

Classes are held on Mondays in my home kitchen in Dunedin, ON
Morning Class: 10am-12pm
Afternoon Class: 1:30pm-3:30pm
Open Class: $100 + tax per person, 4 person limit.
Private booking: $155 + tax
Class fee includes the culinary experience, the cost of all ingredients, and samples of our creations with a surprise, delectable treat. Guests will go home with preserves to stock their pantry!
Cancellations:
Class bookings are non-refundable. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to attend, we'd love to host them!
