Who says mindfulness has to be boring? Discover the magic of thoughtful cooking, and the joy of giving, as we light up home kitchens and hearts everywhere.
Many of you remember Mary's Kitchen fondly, a vibrant community cooking project I co-led (shout out to Rev. Candice Bist!) that gathered home cooks together to prepare homemade (and deliciously gourmet!) meals, delivered out to our community to share the love.
Doesn't it feel like the world could use a little more love right now? We think so.
The Kindred Kitchen Project is designed to bring those you care about together to cook in the humble home kitchen, to gather around the table to feast on good food, and to share our love with the world, one fabulous meal at a time.
All ages welcome. Join us!

Reach out to learn more about how you can host a Kindred Kitchen session, then gather up four or more of your friends and family to join in on some creative down time to cook, and connect. There is no charge for the host, your hospitality is enough!
Let me guide you through a culinary group experience with some creative hands-on cooking (yes, we will sample what we make!). A portion of our creativity will be lovingly packaged up to be delivered to someone in the community we'd like to let know we are thinking of them.
Anyone! Who do you know that could use a smile, a hello, a lovingly prepared meal? This can be a neighbour, a friend, a family member, a stranger. The need for connection is all around us, and our love knows no limits. Let's stretch ourselves in the direction of generosity.
A cooking class + a tasty treat + a meal gifted to someone in need = Magic.
$85 +HST per guest to cover the culinary cooking experience, the cost of ingredients, and the donated gift. There is no charge for the host, and the good vibes are free!
Reach out to learn more about hosting, participating in a Kindred Kitchen session, or to share a gifted meal request. We'd love for you to join us.
Let’s pare things back to its simplest form: just you and me, some fresh ingredients, and us cooking. Slow and steady.
